Orange County Health Care Agency – Medi-Cal Behavioral Health

In addition to being available on the Medi-Cal behavioral health delivery system’s website in a searchable electronic form (Section 5123 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023), the OCHCA Orange County Provider Directory is also provided in a machine-readable file and format as specified by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (42 CFR § 438.10(h)(4)).

Publishing the directory in a machine-readable format helps ensure that provider information is accessible, accurate, and regularly updated. It also supports transparency and enables developers, researchers, and partner organizations to efficiently access and use provider data to create tools, applications, and resources that benefit Medi-Cal members and the Orange County community.

Quality Management Services (QMS)

Quality Management Services (QMS) is a Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Division that participates in a variety of quality improvement and compliance activities across all divisions.
